50cc malaguti firefox 2001, yellow

Well time for my 50cc scooter to go

Its a malaguti firefox 50cc, its a 2001 model first registered on 19 december 2001 so its a late model.

It has 3k miles on it with mot to back up but clocks reset for some reason.

It has digital dash, timer, lap times, petrol fuel metre, it also has a digital rev counter.

The bike has had lots of new parts so should be fine, it has 10 months tax and 4 months mot will put it through a new mot this week.

It has just had a new clutch, new clutch bell, new brake pads, new back calipar as it seized, im fitting new rollers this wednesday, it has a new back tyre pilot sport, also i changed the wheels for nicer ones. I just put a new standard barrel on with a new piston. It has a leo vinci tt exhaust pipe.


The bike does 47 on a long straight, ive hit 55 down a hill at 9000 rpm so didnt wanna push.

i was looking for in the region of 500 ono but open to offers as it has to go, i am in newcastle upon tyne i will get some more photos when its sunny, if you wish to view just send me a pm.

oh and it has a gsi oxford immobiliser

Are you sure its done 3k? Thats a lot of new parts for a 3k mile scooter. The tyre alone on those things normally last 8-9k.

i broke the barrel by well i broke down and when pusing it home the exhaust clipped the curb which cracked the manifold where the nut goes into, ive still got the old parts. and mike a tyre that gets slashed dosent last that long !
