OLD person at traffic lights incident!!

Well earlier I was out on the bike, I was on my way to my local Ford dealer to price a car.

On the way there, there is a set of temporary traffic lights with a que of traffic, nothing was coming the other way and they lights just turned red. So I went to the front of the Que and left enough room..

Sat there for a good couple of minutes then when the Green light came on i moved on as you do..

Came up to a cross roads with lights and i Looked in my mirror and noticed some old guy getting out his car, and though bit of an odd place to park..

But no .. got a tap on the shoulder from this old guy shouting..

"What do you think you are doing I could have killed you at the traffic lights, do you not have any sense??!!"

My reply "What the are you talking about old man, unless you were going to skip the red light i dont think you would have touched me"

old man "You lot are a disgrace I could have killed you easily you think you own the road"

My reply "Do yourself a favour and get the fuck back in your tin car Cu*t If i die on a bike its not gonna be anything to fucking do with you fanny"

Old man "You have no sense, your a mad man!!!"

my reply "your out your fucking car at a crossraods arsehole and I have no sense now fuck off back in to your car or il get off this fucking bike"

old man gestures 2 figers and heads back to tin can!

I mean seriously where was the need in that! I wasnt exactly putting myself in danger or nothing cause The light was red for about 3-4 minutes!

Although I do get the feeling that when he saw my L plate he must have thought i was 17 and could easily tell me off, think he was quite suprised when he got a very pissed off 20 year being told what to do!

I did however have a teenager in a Ford KA trying to overtake earlier .

Was going along a NSL road (just under the speed limit as it gets quite windy) and he comes bombing up behind me trying to overtake.

Thought "I'm having none of this" and accelerated to the speed limit.

Got to a 40 zone and slowed down and he was tail gating me. Got to traffic lights and he filtered infront of me!

I was a bit of a tool for accelerating when he was trying to overtake but there were no oncoming cars and none infront/behind and we were on a straight road.

So fuck him

That's my story of the Ford KA, and oh btw, got really pissed off at the next set of lights when I filtered passed him .

Lol bit of a harsh response to the old git in the first post, but they love a good self righteous moan. Best way to have handled it really would've been to leave him stand there lecturing, then as you moved off hook your boot round his ankle

The only thing thats happened to me is somone said somthing to me whilst i was near then at traffic ligts, i turned around and he didnt look happy so i just said "What?" and as he goes to shout somthing again i just bouned the bike of the rev limiter whilst staring at him and went with the green light

Esspecialy when your just pootling along in 6th gear just enjoying the ride. Then they come ragging up behind you go to over take and you just roll the throttle back and shoot past them with a good 9,000 thousand rpm left to play with

Old drivers are shite, always think they know every thing because they have been driving for X amount of years, many of them shouldn’t be on the road. We had some old boy pull out in front of us at a round about, we slam on the breaks and sound the horn. He then swerves off the road onto this high curb and basically falls out of the car waving a sandwich. We then get a letter from the police claiming we hit the cunt and left the scene of the accident! Never touched him, of course it was just some old guy trying to cause a problem with nothing better to do. He eventually dropped it after we told the police what really happened.

i got some car tooting at me ealier like a man man cause he was in wrong lane and i came up beside him while he was using no indicators to change, i didnt even relise till my mate who was following me got cut up by him told me what that was about. i wasnt in the wrong! but i had lost my L plates earlier that day(accident of course) cause i think they attract asshole drivers to annoy me with bad driving skills which they good at here.
