Hotmail Paassword Retreval

Can anybody find out my lost Hotmail password? I can't remember what i put in the Secret Password for my Secret Question, and i don't have the e-mail account that i had to send an email to to retrieve the password when registered (password retrieval e-mail account - old AOL one that got disconnected 6 years ago!)

My e-mail address is: aray0<AT>hotmail.com (replace the <AT> with @)

Please help.... I need to get some contact details from my contacts list rather urgently!

When my mate did it to my other mate there was a form he filled in with loads of details and providing the details were real and true they will send you a password back.
