The last few bits and bobs have been done to my 400 tonight, and it's booked in for an MOT on Saturday. My insurance is arranged, just needs paying for tomorrow.

My 33bhp runs out in exactly 8 days! Very Happy

2 years seem to have flown by, but these last couple of weeks are really dragging.

So, I'll be going from a 28bhp chain-drive single to a 46bhp shaft-drive 4-cylinder. What differences am I going to notice? I've already been told about the bouncy back end if I try to brake into corners, anything else?

Main thing you'll notice is the smoothness. Both Eliminators aren't they? If I am remembering rightly (no guarantees there) they're pretty similar bikes other than the engines, so shouldn't be any huge scary changes from the handling you're used to. Just more power and a smoother response through the rev range. Enjoy it, you've put a fair bit of graft in on that machine recently. How's t'other halfs ankle doing now?
