Go for job interviews, but when someone offers you a job, tell em you've got to give a months notice, but that then you have a holiday booked, so you can't start until [insert date which suits you].

That's the benefit of summer ... you can tell em you've already booked yer flights and lots of employers will honour that and let you start after your "holiday"
