hi my brothers just got a mobile phone and said evrytime he putd the sim in it says sim card inactive.

hes orange netwok by the way

Is the new mobile he's just got locked at all?

Either the phone is 'locked' and cannot use Orange sims, or he needs to ring them and register it.

Give their customer service line a buzz, they'll probably be able to tell you whats up.
