I heard that if you soak the leathers so they are really wet and then go for a ride in them they will loosen up quickly and specifically in the right way for riding? Is this true or is i someone yanking my chain?  |

Maybe right for leather shoes, leathers are'nt waterproof and riding when wet will be utterly 
I broke my leaathers in by wearing them around the house, lounging around watching DVD's, doing the washing up etc 
Same with lid, gloves and boots, the wife thought I was mad
