At work i have to print out address labels to multiple recipients, now we have labels direct, which is fine if you want 14 labels all going to the same place, however if you want to do a mailshot then things get a bit involved ( excel spreadsheets, importing files etc...).
So im thinking wouldnt it be a lot easier to make an A4 page with 14 text boxes in, click into each box and fill in the deatils, then print.Simple, right.
Trouble is, my pc at work only has word. So can any of you computer experts help me out here.
Thanks.

Try a Word label template - these people should have one that fits :- https://www.worldlabel.com/Pages/template_1.htm

There are also label functions built in to Word - if you go to Tools, then Letters and Mailings, then Envelopes and Labels you'll see what I mean. That's for Word 2003, I don't know if it's different in earlier versions.
