Updating licence question.

Hi,

Past my DAS a few months back. The examiner was a stand in as the centres examiner was away.

At the end of the test he didnt take my licence, just gave me the paper pass certificate.

I want to get my licence updated.

Have read the back of the paper certificate but dont really understand what is required. It says send the correct fee but i was pretty sure there isnt a few to add it onto my current lience.

Any ideas?

all i know is once u pass he asks for your licence and then they send u your full licence after. u should had said "dont u need 2 send my licence off so i can get my full licence?" but i bet u was 2 happly that u passed. anyway call dvla up or the test center

Send your existing license (both the photocard and paper counterpart), pass certificate, and perhaps a covering letter to the relevant department of the DVLA.

Try and get copies made of your license and pass certificate before you send them though, just in case something happens to them.
