For the cg there very good (standard are they not?) £80 is how much i pay for one (and thats cheap)
Personally i tend only to have metzlers now, because they are about the best in the wet, and when its not wet then i'm nowhere near pushing the tyres...
Never buy cheap dodgey brand tyres, think of it this way, how much of your bike is actually in contact with the road? (not that you were gonna, but its something imo is worth saying for anyone who might be ) ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

Yep, your original tube should be perfectly fine though i'd imagine
(you wont be abe to get tubeless for a cg without new wheel rims) ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

one of the rides I am trained to operate has conti city tyres.
(its basically vintage cars on a big scalextrix track that you load with kiddes and set off)
The mechanics have fitted them backwards and the tread is being ripped off them.
However if you bang it onto full power and turn it on you can wheelspin them in the wet.
Seem OK tyres really.
Not the review you were looking for |

I've Cont Citys tyres on my RS, they've gripped well in wet and dry, worn well and I feel confident in them to lean as far as the RS will go before the stand scrapes the ground.
Only done 1000 miles on them but don't seem to wear too much either. I'd recommend them |
