Yes, it worries me.

No complaints as of yet, thankfully, one of our neighbours has an original Beetle and thats nearly as loud.

I start at 5.00am so I have to leave at 4.30. Just start the bike and go, had no complaints and the neighbours even said they didn't hear me go out.

I take it you have a race can then? If I were you, I'd get a road legal race can, and keep the baffle in. Then you get a nice tone, slightly louder than stock, but not loud enough to wake up neighbours.

I heard in the paper a while ago now that a guy about 50 years old owned a 600 KTM that was loud as hell. He lived in a grove and went to work on it every day early in the morning.

He apparently got an ASBO for it because all the neighbours complained a lot and now he is forbidden to go either side of the grove as his house is at the front of the grove. He was lucky since he appealed that it was his only transport to work and he didn't have a car.

WHat a guy huh? An ASBO at 50. Laughing

Not yet, still got the standard exaust on it. I live next to a hotel so who every has the shits with me has probably left by the time I get home anyway Thumbs Up .
Not very noisy but when its real cold I have to run it with a few revs to get it warmed up and ready for the ride. So I leave it with the choke on while I get dressed etc.

I've found that if I half warm it then turn it off and let it sit for a bit the heat warms up the rest of the engine and its good to go y the time I get to the end of the street.

Word of warning though, don't filter and try and take off with a firstfull from the lights with a cold bike. Embarassed
