Hi,

I am looking to sell my Kawasaki ER-5 because I want to upgrade to an SV650s, and I think it is time to give her up to another newbie and let them learn their trade on her.

Quite capable at high speed, for a naked, lets me sit at about 90mph at the motorway quite comfortably for a long while, quite stable too. Registered in 2002, though a C1 model bike, in purple (The best colour of course)

I have done the following things to the bike:

Exclamation Added new ZXR indicators because the originals are wang, and these were free.
Exclamation Took the hero blobs off because they were more hero broomsticks than blobs, I will attach a picture if I can find one.
Exclamation Added the decal of my favourite logo, I think it really looks good in all honesty.
Exclamation Changed the bars for 'MX' style bars, this makes the whole bike easier to ride and more comfortable in my opinion, also makes it look alot better.

The bike itself has done around 6.5k, but the clocks show over 25,000. I have the originals and the MOT to prove the mileage, so nothing at all to worry about. The MOT itself lasts until August and I think it is taxed until sometime next year. Skinted me that damn tax did.

The deal with the clocks is that the previous owner dropped the bike against a wall, on the ER-5 the clocks are always the first things to touch down. Thumbs Down Sad But I have the clock he dropped, and also the replacements, but have no idea how to clock them back. The drop also caused a few knocks here and there but nothing major, more information on request.

Like I say this is the perfect learner weapon as it is a laid back ride, more than enough power to spank most cars and also doubles as a semi fun weekend toy Very Happy There is plenty of tread left in the tyres, as I say the bike is cosmetically tatty but mechanically fine, the perfect runaround/Japanese workhorse. Thumbs Up Wink

Pictures are attached, any questions you have regarding the bike, PLEASE use the PM function

Cheers. Thumbs Up
