Anybody recommend a anti pollution mask (yeah as if I need something else to keep my from overheating) , to wear under myhelmet? , been commuting in and out of the city everyday for a month and a bit now and my nose by around mid day is completely crusty and filled with dark snot,

that said is it riding in traffic thats the problem (couriers your opinions please!) , or the fact that the office I work in is a 4th floor office above one of the busiest streets in the UK?..

That and I'm tired of holding my breath while stuck behind any diesel vehicles since theres always loads of them and I end up not breathing riding into Mancs.

any ideas

Thanks

I used a Respro mask(s) for a number of years of urban commuting by mountainbike. Excellent quality - can't fault 'em Thumbs Up
