i have used the guides at the top of the page for simple things - but am more of a visual learner. Is there any videos out there that show varius maintance tasks?

Maybe your best bet is to get someone else to do it first

Yes, i have one for my R6, very good, goes through every screw when removing something. Save loads on services now. It's only for a R6 but i'm guessing most bikes are probably the same etc brake pads changing oil, chain, wheels..
