Totally f**kers!

Basically a few weeks ago we where having problems with internet - it was going up and down constantly and not staying connected at all - we raised a call via our ISP, and they had to hand it over to BT as it was something to do with them.

Sometime on the 3rd July the landline went totally dead, no voice calls incoming or outgoing, we've tested different phones and tried to connect via dial-up and nothing, so we've just phoned BT to report a fault, and because we already have one fault open they can't open another even though they're different problems. Rolling Eyes

It took us 20 minutes to be able to speak to someone, as we had to blag our way past the phone system as it kept hanging up saying that there was no new news on our first fault Rolling Eyes Oh and when you get thru you get a paki person who doesn't understand feck all Thumbs Down

Fck you BT Evil or Very Mad

Thumbs Down

Lol.... Icey, you really made me laugh there. After a certain time of day, I think BT transfers all their calls to a call centre in India or somthing along those lines....

Its like banging your head against a brick wall 'innit ... I had a similar BT communication problem a couple of weeks ago. Rolling Eyes

I've had a mare with BT recently. Upgraded my connection to, allegedly, 8mbps. No chance, still never been over 2meg. Tried for 2 months to get it sorted, told exactly the same from BT tech line every time I called 'we are working on it'. Now changed to Tiscali, £12 a month cheaper and no download limits.
