Just wondering which of these 2 versions is the better.

Basically I booked the GP day with focused events only to get a letter through saying the day will actually be running 4 sessions due to it being the national circuit (Evil or Very Mad ) and we will be having 35mins less tracktime as a result ( Evil or Very Mad )

I'm a bit pissed off really. I'm assuming the national circuit is shorter so I'm missing out some sections.

You're only missing out on 1 chicane and two hairpins, not much to worry about really, in the grand scheme of things.

OK ta Thumbs Up

It's more that I feel I've been misled.

I book into the GP circuit and pays my money. Then 4 days before the event I'm told a) it won't be the GP circuit and b) it will be 25% less tracktime than normal.

I'm not that bothered about either, but if I'd have known before-hand I wouldn't have booked it.

Don't worry (well, except about the lost time). The very best bits of Donington are all included on the National Circuit. In fact, you could argue that the National is better, because it's more flowing (not broken up by the very slow Melbourne Loop).

I believe the National is generally considered to be a better circuit.

Might be trying to make a fuss about missing out on tracktime, though.
