Well I'll tell you guys my whole plan, complete my cbt and my theory and my practial as close to my 17th as possible so my restriction comes off just after my 19th get myself a nice sporty 125 after passing. After my 19th i plan to get myself a nice good handling sportstourer and potter around europe on my gap year on the tourer should I consider restricters then take them off or stick with the idea i've got Very Happy ? lol so many bikes so little time HELP Very Happy

Why are you planning on getting yourself a 125 after you pass your test? You'll be allowed any bike as long as it's restricted to 33bhp.

Yeh I no But Im thinking insurance wise, however buying 2 bikes in the space of two years might end up more expensive, i love bikes but i'm a shit for brains when it comes to money lol

getting a old cheap 250 or a 350 four-stroke like a CB250N superdream would be about the same or possbley cheaper than a modern 125 to insure.
