ok, so i was in the wrong, according to the sign, but i was there ten mins collecting something from other halfs office

and they found the time to photograph my car! and publish it on a website Evil or Very Mad

I expect the site shows offenders. However, you could argue that whilst they own copyright of the photograph the image of your property is used without permission and believe infringes your rights as laid stated in the european convention of human rights, Section 1, article 6.

May not get you anywhere but may cause someone to sweat a little.

Its a Honda, they are used to them parking on the path as the only people that buy them are pensioners and struggle to step up the kerb. Wink

they photograph them for evidence purposes so its less of a my word vs his and more , here Mr magestrate , take a butchers of this , guilty as charged.

that said a parking attendant in 2002 photoshopped ALL his photos to make innocent drivers guilty (piss easy too , blank out the parking times and add your own , or edit the time on the ticket from the parking machine a n00b can do it), result? , Bury council had to refund 10000s of tickets and write letters of apology.

But Bury are fairly easy going as a council anyway ,apparently they tend to cancel your first ticket , and leave it suspended but if you get caught again , they desuspend the first ticket and you get both for your sins.
