No, you need to pass your A2 test and your theory test.

Would fast would it be? You'd prolly get about 90-100 out of it.

oh!?

damm, thats really a spanner in the works.

i have been riding a 50cc vespa for 3 years on a car licence.

i am 27 years of age. i was sure i could cbt and then de-restrict.

what the quickest/simplest way then?

i may as well just do the direct access and not need to restrict?

cheers

You can ride a 50cc scooter on a car licence without a cbt Question

As you're over 21 just do the DAS and buy the bike.

Wouldn't imagine you need many lessons, try a 3 day course?

Get a guaranteed one anyway, that way if you fail all you pay is retest fee, you get the bike and the prepartion again for free.

Just my two penneth anyway.

You can ride a 50cc on a car licence if you took your test before a certain date. Not sure of the date. You can't rid a ped on your car licence any more tho.

You still need to do your CBT to ride a 125 tho.

As long as you got a full car licence before Feb 2001 then applied to have the provisional motorcycle entitlement extended, otherwise that expired on 1 Feb 2003.

Everyone who passed a test after Feb 2001 or has not applied for the extension has to do a CBT before they can ride on the road!
