Kids, always wear your rubber. If you put your rubber on, make sure it's good rubber. And when your rubber wears out, buy a new rubber, m'kay?

Shocked Rolling Eyes

PS - New one on Monday, and I am not riding it. Laughing

God yes, I just didn't have the money to buy a new tyre. So I've been burning it out a bit, to force myself to get a new one. I think the spot I've shown is from when I locked up the rear when I dropped 1 cog too many. Doh!

Actually, the tyre has developed a slight puncture Laughing , so the bike's propped up at the moment. I'm waiting on a torque wrench, so I can get the blasted wheel nut off.

Sad The chicken strips aren't that bad, considering I've only been riding since April. Sad Less than a centimetre, and I hope to improve on them when I have my ultra-sticky Pilot Power on there. Razz

Holy god, you were moaning about needing a new tyre AGES ago!

I'll warn you, it pisses you off a lot, when you get a puncture, pull the offending object out, tyre deflates and it falls off the sidestand.

cheers for the info.

i have nothing to compare them to as they were on when i bought it.

i have done 1500 miles on it so they must be good for 3-4000 miles of abuse.
