Hi,

I'm looking for a bar in the EC2 area of London that does a decent range of cocktails.

I've had a look on a few websites, but most seem to only be in the West End.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Nah, that's in the west end. Thanks though, I'll look it up another night when I'm that way.

Looks like 'The City' is full of either traditional pubs serving beers and ales, or Bistro/Wine Bars serving over priced plonk and a limited range of bottled beers.

Bugger! Crying or Very sad

Cheap bottle of Tesco vodka and a 2ltr bottle of coke on a park bench me thinks! Laughing

Just wear tight trousers and lick your eyebrows.

Works much better!

Yeah, I know the fella. I've hunted high and low (durning work time!).

The actor is Hugh Dennis.

"Lovely, milky milky!"

Funnily enough I was thinking that myself, we must be on a similar wavelength today.

Theres a club under one of the banks in Queen victoria street. Think its called spice or something. Used to do cocktails.

Walk onto QV st from bank, past Bucklesbury house on your left and I think its at No 4 down the stairs on the left.

Well, I found a place in Cutlers Gardens (EC2) called Satu. It's a Thai/Malaysian restaurant. Didn't eat there but they have a reasonable range fo cocktails. Enough to fill a double sided A4 menu.

Good news is, it's happy hour until 7:30, so ideal for a few post work drinkines. We got sloshed!

Mission accomplished!
