problem playing game

ive recently reinstalled command and conquer red alert 2, and have been playing it online, but the trouble that i have had is that when the game ends the computer makes a weird sound and it shuts the computer down and restarts, somtimes it just comes up with a blue screen telling me that the computer has just had a majour error and has saved itself,

can anybody share any light on what is happening

write down the BSOD error and post it here

Try reinstalling chipset drivers as well as graphics and sound drivers. See if that makes any difference.

Is it a legitimate copy? The only reason I ask is that some games will crash when the player tries to play it online if it is a copied game. Depending on the stability of one's OS, it could take it down as well.

as you say you have reinstalled the game make sure you have put any updates from the C&C site back on aswell, loads of patches for C&C if i remeber correct.
