which one? :p

I've cleaned the FJR 3 times since march, the Firestorm twice, the monster once and the Thunderace sometime last year, but since it's not moved, that#s not relaly surprising..

in the last week, not at all.. but they aren't that dirty..

Bought my bike October, let my 3yr old daughter have a go at washing it and that is as close as it has come to a clean. Service it regular, clean it? Maybe eventually? Bikes like to dissappear round my area, it pays to keep it looking grotty.

Hence why I'll concentrate on the mechanics of the bike rather than how shiny it looks Laughing

Well... I've learned that I can actually control the weather, that is, whenever I clean it, it rains the following day/s. It's for this reason (ok, and laziness!) that it hasn't had a good clean in weeks Embarassed

I probably wash mine quite a lot for the number of miles I clock up.
Sometimes I'll just do the chain, but if I feel like killing a couple of hours but don't want to go for a ride I'll do a proper job - polish wheels and everything....then I usually want to go for a ride and get a coat of bugs.

mine is kept waxed and polished at all times. It doesnt go out in the rain and gets a wipe down after each ride.

I haven't washed any of my bikes in the last 12 months.

I usually give the wheel a scoosh down with the pressure washer before I take it in for a new tyre to keep the tyre changing guy (who also does my MOTs) sweet.

If you can get a sort of oily dust build up in all the nooks and crannies it will be less likely to rust than if continually washed.
When they stop throwing the salt about its only the nasty-looking dead bugs to remove - and they come off if you get out in the rain.

I have half heartedly wiped half a wheel since August last year.

Yes my bike is filthy, but it doesn't look too bad as it is black Very Happy

Usually after every ride, which is about 3-4 times a week.

I've never washed the bike.

Riding day in, day out (like I used to and hope to return to doing so once I've got the t-bike), I used to wash the bike about twice a week, depending on the weather.

Some bling to out-shine them all, some bling to define them,
Some bling to astound them all and in the sunlight blind them.
