Windows keeps playing "Exclaimation" sound at me..

As the title says really.

Every couple of minutes my pc plays windows' "Exclaimation" sound.. and i've tried everything that it might be trying to tell me is wrong.

I've re-seated the ram.. virus and ad/spyware scanned.. defragged.

Driving me nutts.. any suggestions ?

unplug all your USB devices and see if it goes away.
if it does then add them back one at a time until it starts again

Hot it fixed now.

What it was is that i acidentially set FreeRam XP to defrag my ram whenever it fell to just below what my actual ram amount was..

So it was constantly defragging my ram.. and it always plays the exclaimation sound after it's done.

Also explains why i've had a bit of slow down recently too..
