well i got them for £2 off ebay, if you dont like thats fine, if you do what do you think?

Personaly i think they look good, sharpen the looks up abit, and there not as bad as i thought they would look.

had done:

single seat cowl (not in these pics)
art can
rim tape
stage 1 dyno jet
flush fitting indies on the front
[edit] And R&g's

mods to come:

Undertray
R6 lights
braided hoses
stainless DP's
flush idies on the side pannels
things like bar ends, brake rez covers ect.

what do you lot think?

Steve.

Not usually a fan of rim-tape, but that actually goes quite well with the lower half of the bike already being yellow.

I think it would have looked better if you had just done the back wheel for some reason.

I looked at the little plastic tool that comes with the Motrax 1's and I thought what a lot of faff, I'll do them by eye.

I did this for one side before realising the little tool was a piece of piss to use and gave perfect results Rolling Eyes

Why dont people like rim tape, it looks cool. I'd have it on my bike if I didnt have polished rims or whatever they are.

Screen trim looks naff though Laughing

I was thikning of doing it to my Divvy. If only to raise some laughs. Laughing Who would be foolish enough to put such decoration on a damn ugly bike as a diversion, eh? Mr. Green

On a side note, although I don't particularly like rim tape, if those wheels were polished and you had the yellow powder coated to the rims, it'd look quite nice. Not too sure it'd be worth the hassle though.

I must admit rim tape doesn't suit many bikes but it really does set off your bike. It breakes up the black of the wheels and of course matches the paint. Smile
