My back hurts

My back lower on the left side hurts , when I stand up I can feel a sort of tight almost tendon pulling all the way down my left leg to my knee , anybody know whats up?, I haven't come off on the left ever only ever on the right.

Could it be the newish 8.5 hours a day sitting at a desk job? , bad posture ? , bad bed(my bed sheet always gets wrinkled by the morning).

For my job I always get off to get some water every 20 minutes just to keep the blood moving.

For riding I stay pretty relaxed and a bit slouched 40 mins a day.

Any suggestions?

And your back could be a whole load of things and far to complex to diagnose just like that...Could be anything from bad posture, a strain, hyper-extension.

General advice though is as stated above, build up your core muscles by doing sit ups and if you can handle the embarrasment go do some Pilates....really helps.

Bollocks (as in aw shit not as in your posts are bollocks) , reading the other post made me think seeing the doctor is no good , and my doctor is one of those pain killers will cure anything ,

think I'll look for an osteopath if it doesn't clear up by the start of next week,
