how do you take baffles out of my scorpian exhaust?

they are usually held in by welds so you would need to cut the welds to get the baffle out.

On mine there is one allen bolt, the baffles slip out.

Underneath at the back, if not....no idea Cool Thumbs Up

You need to drill out the rivets, pull the outlet cap off and take them out.

Re rivet it and your done. Thumbs Up

My scorpions just have an allen key bolt underneath of the outlet, then just slid out, can i have them, as one got blown out while riding and i lost the bolt for the other Very Happy

Yeah drill out the rivets and chances are you'll need to poke the baffle out through the inlet.

Same here, but mine needed a really good tug, as it seemed someone had bent it down near the end of the can. Mad

First time you take them out you will need to give them a good heave. Scorpion seal them in from new with silicone and you need to break it free from it.
