Can I change fork seals myself or would I need a garage to do it, as i was told the forks need to be compresed after fitting.

Its quite easy, just a bit messy and time consuming.

FYI it cost me £60 to have one of my front ZXR forks replaced. Ti do it yourself, it will cost less than this for both.

I found it easier to pay a garage £40 to do it. It saves me the time and frustration of having to do it myself.

Not a difficult job, just make sure you have a correct sized circular drift to get the new seals safely home.
