I've just been reading up on the bikesafe program and wonderd if any of you knew if you had to have a full license to take part in the course. I only have a provisional CBT, would this be good enough to allow me to enter one of the courses?

You needed a full licence in Wiltshire, and they prefered bikes over 125cc too, full licence or not.
I think the Met run a bikesafe type course for smaller bikes / scooters / possibly learners. Have to ring / email your local place and ask.
IMHO, best bet is to do your test.

Full licence, that's been able to ride a bike over 125cc. That's because it's 'advice' (they're not allowed to do training) on advanced riding. They'll also spot you on quite fast machinery, CBRs, SP2, R1, etc if not using the police Honda/BMW.
