I was in a similar position earlier this year, looking for a dark visor etc.
Eventually decided on a genuine "AGV GT Black" visor, and got a "Fog City Standard Pro" clear insert.
£34 for the visor and £14.99 for the insert = £48.99 ready to go.
BTW the "flat/race" visors are the ones fitted with lugs/posts ready for tear off strips
(Not sure about Pinlock personally cos I've never used it, but I've never had any problems with Fog City etc even though I ride in all weathers.)

Got a Fog City on my Clear visor but not worth it on my Black one as it only steams up in bad weather so I couldn't see the point of waisting money.  ____________________ Andy Sez....
