VFR400 NC21.NC24.NC30

a few questions, as all vfrs with exhaust problems are nearly always the collectors box, is it possible to weld the collectors box?
i also need to do a paint job on it, has any one got a price on a one colour all ova gloss black ? and i have got a picture of the bike on here, this is my nc21 i have just bought the tail is a nc30 race/street tail, is it easy to change subframe to a nc30 sub frame so it fits right and snug! there was some other questions but i forgot them so will post later if i remeber!
and to all those who say its pointless changing and modding. i no it is and i want to do it so dont bother stating it!!!! lol

the collector box is so thin i wouldnt like to take my chances welding one, for the hassle they are to change trust me just get a new one! (if you can find one that is!)
