Totally depends on what is recommended by the bike manu's. If they recommend a large range, like 5w -> 60. Your fine, too think isnt too much of a problem when it is warm, but too thin is.

Think boiled oil, and think of the consequences of that.

If its running good, leave as is. (Plus, the smoother clutch might be down to non-knackered oil)

With questions like this I think it's better to talk to the experts rather than requesting an opinion. Phone the technical help line of whatever brand of oil it is that you are using.

However, my opinion would be that the oil is fine to use here, maybe only becoming a problem in really cold climates and not protecting sufficiently on cold starts?
