The one covered on the bikesafe course, is short and practical, but with no hands on. It explains what to do and more importantly what not to.
The St Johns courses are longer and they get you to try it out, and to say what your doing and why.
Then the St Johns is dedicated and the Bikesafe has it as an add on to a really good day out getting sensible advice from experienced and enthusiastic cops.
