router keeps locking up

does any knows anything about routers coz my keeps locking up and i can not get onto ten internet its a belkin router and the lights go orange and the only way to get it started is to unplug it and plug it in again any help welcome

Try a firmware update on it if you can, otherwise try a full reset.

Have you done a full reset and re-configured it a fresh since the update.
