My older bro is a chav not one them ones that rob,drink and cause hell. He just likes brand names and rave music, But hung around withthe real chavs at one point.

He has gone away from them and they are not happy and are intent on making his life hell.(oh and a reliable source says he is in for a kicking) He can fight his own battles as far as i am concerned as he brouht that on himself. They are all between 13-18 he is much older and is a bit slow.

Now my name has been dragged ito it as said chavs have a picture of me they stole of my bebo site. I am not happy! i have nothing to do with this at all and dont deserve to be dragged into his shit!dad has told it to a his mates (oh shit) (me that is being possible danger while driving and bro being possibly retarded)

Now i am afraid for my safety on the bike, i am a paranoid wreak. I dont go into shops in the town as there fav spot is to normally stand outside them. I can fend for myself ok, but i cant wallop someon under 18 which they deserve TBH. They will walk out infront my bike etc also and i am afraid of having an accident. I take back roads now and aviod places.

My parents are also moving out of there home and leaveing me and my bro this house but i am worried they will find out and come up.

This is bad as my bf is not one you wanna piss off and i dont want him in jail because he lost it with them and kicked them to death or something. They will use age as an excuse because they can press charges being wee innocent f*ucking under 18's.

Yep i would ignore it normally but you cant when you may be lying on yuor arse with injuries and a wreaked bike because they have caused that. The did run out on the duel carriageway infront of me while i was doing some speed.

seriously would love to get a few involved but i know that not be good as its a can of worms and very dangerous.

I’m pretty sure if he is around they wont do much, and if they do, specifically tell him not to beat one to death.
Beating up the head of the gang would sort them all out, they could tell the police but it is then pikey scum word against yours, don’t feel threatened by them the police cant do much either way, they sound like they’d put a few windows through or something but no one wants to go to jail so don’t expect violence.

You know some of their names? If so be at the ready to call the cops.

Police cant be arsed here, there answer is unless they actually thrown you off yur bike or cause accident then we will do something.

Thing is they start in view of police camaras also in the town while acting like wags before running away.

The best way to deal with it is to identify the leader (there is always one who is louder than the rest and who generally starts anything even if he lets the others follow it through) then let your boyfriend get this guy on his own.

Don't hurt him this time, but make it perfectly clear that if ANYTHING happens to you, whether he is part of it or not, he is going to get hurt. A lot. if you do this right, you should find these kids now go out of their way to avoid you.

Had this 'sort' of thing happen a few times, usualy the blow over and get forgotten about, i dont think much will happen.

giving one of them a good kicking isnt the best plan, as they never just 'take it' theyl always come back for revenge... its not a case of whack a guy, done, done no more, sadly there ego's fight too.

hopefully it will blow over, try not to worry about it, just be safe with you bike, lock it up, dont leave it were its a target to be pushed over ect.

For your imformation dmahon i am not involved with the chavs, i dont even know their names just that they hang round in groups and seem to know my name through knowing my brother.

And the people below my name are the last resort, hopefully. I wold say Bf sort it before there is an army called.
