Where's the option for "I'm not stupid enough to waste my money and health on smoking"?

Razz

Oh, and perhaps a title to the thread with a little more meaning might be useful too? Even killa manages that these days!

Denial palmer. Maybe you know people, but statistically smokers and or drinkers die before people who don't do these things. I drink, but don't smoke.

Besides, you are a rich bugger why are you smoking Lambert and Butler?

There's an exception to most rules...

I know of people who have gone on to become professional footballers..
most people don't

I know of people who have become professional musicians
most people don't

I know of some people who have smoked all their life and die of old age, and not smoking related diseases.
Most do.

Well I dont normally comment on this debate, but I found this pic and thought it might intrest some of you?

https://www.reversegangrene.com/image_gangrene_toes.jpg

This is what happened to my mums legs and hands and nose about a week before she died from being riddled with cancer through smoking.

Its caused through the arteries being gunked up and tbh I think the prospect of that for a week before you go at 56 is enough to make anybody think again regardless of all the other reasons.

Yea, you don't want to smoke - think of all the dangers!

Instead, why not ride motorbikes? Of course everyone knows that they hardly cost anything and who's ever heard of anyone being hurt, permanently disfigured or killed from motorbikes, eh?
