I have a ChatBot somewhere... but my parents couldn't afford an OmniBot 2000.

I doubt you'll find one, they were about a grand back then (iirc) and they are probably really rare collectors items now.

I would be surprised if I saw one going for less than a grand, and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw one on ebay for about 5 grand.

I had something similar as a child. Long gone now Crying or Very sad But i will keep an eye out that they are worth something.

Anyone got a penny from 1933? George iv(hope i got the roman numerals right there)

That coin is worth £30 000 last time i checked. There was a few made.

I wanted an Omnibot for Christmas when I was little, but I got a Verbot insread.

It was rubbish and would not run on the '70's deep pile carpet that my parents had down. It also never responded to my commands correctly.

It was a right bastard.

I still have it in the loft, still with the box - not sure if it works or not.
I might get it down, shove about £40 worth of D size batteries in and see what happens.

It may be though, that I smashed the little shit beyond repair in a frustrated rage.
