fucking £10 pound for a halogen light bulb and it blows!!!!
need to get another one now but im going for the clear 100% white lights now, they look pretty sweet. Anyone know of a good place to get some for the NSR? coudltn seem to find many on ebay? what have other people got in their NSR's? the standard ones are pants!

aparently u have 2 fit a certant wattage bulb in the nsr? like a 35/35 ?
as i whant 2 change mine (they are not bright, streetlights r brighter than my headlight Laughing ) but i dont know wot one to get

All the fancy coloured bulbs blow sooner than standard higher wattage bulbs as they have a coating on them and heat up more and reduce the life considerably. They may look good but they are a waste of money. Wink

I had the 35/35 white halogens fitted to my NSR and they were wonderful

however the left side blew prior to its MOT so had to sourse a clear halogen as the white ones are hard to find lol. put them in and the left side blew again after a week Thinking gona have to see why this is happening and get it sorted

you don't want to be going any higher than 35/35 as you risk overheating the loom then all hell can break loose Shocked

no risk with the loom , the only risk is that the socket will melt if they heat too much . see if you have not a loose contact due to this heath
