new helmet after 30mph crash landing on your head?

I had a crash a few weeks ago which i posted but anyway....i went over my handlebars and landed on the front of my helmet, do you recomend i but a new one...and also its been dropped a few times and bumped against stuff?

Ive heard of people questioning wether to get rid of one after droping it from 10cm, but after a crash!!!

upon impact the internal absorbsion material compacts against the impact. Once compacted it is useless. Next time you crach your skull will absorb the impact and you will die. perhaps. want to risk it?
