Ok Ive had wireless internet on my laptop and mums pc downstairs for a while now so i though ill set my pc up with wireless, i bought a wireless adapter today and installed all the stuff, it says its connected and i have a very good signal strnegh yet I cant get on the internet wacko.gif anyway

would be greatily appreciated

ps - Its a bt wireless hub and the adpater is also bt

Try running the 'setup home or office network' wizard in XP. (Normally found somewhere in Network Connections control panel).

Nah I rung bt and they fixed it straight away, I forgot to enter the wireless key -_-

If you're using a router, then maybe a policy is set up on it to only allow access for the two computers that work, which means you'll need to add this one to it (MAC addresses).
