GTA: San Andreas PC problem

Dunno if anyone can help with this, but this is now the second time this game has done this (it did the same on the PS2).

I'm on the later missions, where you have to rob the casino. I've done the girlfriend thing and managed to get the key card and saved my game, but now it's not showing anything anywhere on the map for me to do. When I go in the casino nothing happens, I cant start the robbery mission, and there are no other 'mission' icons on the map so basically I'm fucked.

Anyone ever have this or no what I can do to get it continue? I just looked at a guide and there's no mention of it and it says there's still a few missions left.

I sort of had this, the mission icons didn’t go missing but a lot of the yellow triangles weren’t there so I couldn’t get into any shops etc. Just restarted my xbox and it was fine

I had the same problem on my PS2. I was on the 2nd island. Just completed the alst racing mission. When i re-loaded the game, there was no missions at all for me to go for.

as pissed off as I was, Just had to restart from scratch.
Boring as fuck 2nd time round.

The next mission is Dam and Blast! Which you have to parachute onto the dam, and kill loads of poor power station workers.

It might be that the next starting point is at the airstrip.

look for the green $ symbol on the map somewhere.
