Bought a new motrax "rubber ronnie" tank pad thing today to preserve the newness of my ninja, and it didnt stick very well at all... its on but the edges are sort of unstuck Neutral
Is there any adhesive I can use that wont damage the finish of the tank, and will be easy to remove when I get fed up with it?

I had one of those on my tt600 but never had that problem. You should take it back to the shop and get them to swap it

I've had two motrax ones and they are absolutely pants....

First one just slowly slipped around untill I had had enough of it and the second one went "FwAAP fWipp fwaaaap" as it peeled off and shot over my shoulder at around 90mph.

You're meant to t-cut the tank before you stick the pad down... The last one I had I peeled off using a hairdryer to warm the glue, the only marks on the tank are a result of me not zipping my jacket up in hot weather Embarassed

If I had an '06 Ninja the last thing I would want is a half stuck piece of rubber tat attached to the tank.

Bin it and buy a subtle clear one, and make sure you prep the area first Thumbs Up

The clear ones always show the glue and bubbles underneath Embarassed
