The 636 will own it from the midrange onwards
Diffrence from an old bike, like my zxr400 and my cbr6f is ENOURMOUS  handles like a 400, and in real world conditions I guess better thanks to the advances in technology since 1990  the suspension is awesome. The engine has so much torque compared to the cbr, and I've only scraped the surface as of yet. Something I really love, is the seat height. Seems to allow you to balance a hell of a lot better, and of course, it doesnt deck out (though with a pillion I did scrape the bellypan a bit on bumpy corners  ) Really looking forward to taking it up to Brecon with the other welshies once its run in
As for it looking plain, well I'm not hugely keen on graphics/stripes/sponser stickers on my bikes so it suits me 
And the lid is a roof RO10 Lemans
Future plans:
R+G's
Akrapovic carbon silencer + tail tidy thing
Gille's rear sets, and chain adjusters
