My god it's lashing it down with rain outside!

Anyone else been caught in our 'mini Monsoon' this evening?

I'm loving it, loads of thunder and lightening, the road has flooded in 30 seconds. Impressive!

Oh, I'm a bit damp too! Laughing

At least that.

I think that when I eventually buy my own place, I'll need to have a conservatory, or velux windows in the roof. So I can feel more 'in it' withotu getting wet. If it was a little warmer, I'd have gone for a walk!

Pretty horrendous here - I love it when it's like this, always been fascinated by the rain. If I had a waterproof jacket at the moment I'd happily go for a walk in it - love the conservatory idea.

Still lashing it down this morning, and I've got to leave for work in a minute.

*Grabs waterproofs*

Mental storms here last night, rolled straight in off the sea!

REALLY hammered it down, lights were flashing on and off, roads were flooding, fork lightning all round the house! Brilliant!

yup-i had to deliver pizzas in it! Laughing
the lightning was Amazing. since my area is relatively quiet, and in some places, just with large fields(no lights), lightning just lit up the whole place-purple sky an' all! lovely stuff.

Yep - I have a *VERY* wet ride to work.

Spray on the motorway was horrendous.

Thank goodness for gortex!

Yup Laughing

Me and my mate went to kings lynn speedway last night on the bikes, just after the last race it all went tits up and absolutely nailed it down!

In the end we left an hour later after blagging bin liners from the bar / cafe thing at the norfolk arena Laughing

Was brilliant, riding home seeing the whole sky light up next to you with gigantic sheet and fork lightning!

Loved it! Mr. Green

Well the remnants of Hurricane Florence will be with us tomorrow, so be prepared for some abnormal wind speeds. Remnants of tropical storms from the Atlantic are common, but many forecasters have an inkling that it could be more hurricane like.
