I am currently trying to install the new Star Wars Lego game( Embarassed ) on my P.C , but it's having none of it......

It keeps coming up with a problm suggesting that the digital signature on the drive is corrupt Confused

I have tried it on my kids P.C too, but it just seems to do nothing (or their P.C is VERY slow) but it does get past the point where mine stops......

Quick question then, is this my P.C at fault, or the disc?

No idea on the problem mate, but I'd say disk (if it won't install on two machines).

But thats what happens when you don't get your games from me. Razz

As for the game, its a great game. Very Happy

It would appear (having tested the game on both the kids computer - it wouldn't run, but it installed - and one of my buddy's high end P.C) that it is my P.C at fault

The full fault code is:

Error 1330. A file that is required cannot be installed because cabinet file D:\default~1.cab has an invalid digital signature.
This may indicate that the cabinet file is corrupt. Error 3 was returned by WinVerify Trust.

This then causes a fatal install error.

I have tried it in my DVD drive too, but with the same results Sad

Anybody help me? I want to play with little lego star wars people Embarassed Wink

Thats what I thought too, but I took it back to Game today and got another one, but to no avail, it is still throwing up the same error code on both my drives and I even asked in the local P.C place, but they said I might have to do a full reload to get it to work. Shocked

I aint doing that, just for a game!

Did I mention that my mate's P.C ran the game no problem after the install?

Seems like it's one game I am just going to have to put up with not playing Sad

I have emailed Activision, so we willl wait and see.....
