do threads and posts go missing?

ive not been here for a while for varoius reasons, but i posted quite a bit when i joined last year.

coming back ive had a read through my old posts im sure there are some missing, certianly one thread at least, where i introduced myself....

i remember there being some banter between me and Hex about who was the real Gavin, but i cant find it anymore

also there is a pic im my upload control panel which i cant access, "the posted in topic" box is blank, and when i click it i get

Yes, Korn went through all old posts and deleted/archived many of them to speed up and save space on the forum. It was usually threads that had only one post or a low rating. If attachments were posted in the deleted threads, they were removed too.
