Junkie burgles over 400 businesses and gets community service, bloke with 9 points on his license and a family to support gets jailed for first offence for setting a light a speed camera after he got flashed and feared for his job.

Am I missing something.

The bloke with a family was probably treated entirely correctly - the problem arises because the burglar was let off ridiculously lightly.

no such thing in the UK , Justice and law in the UK are only passing acquaintances.

It's gonna make the rehabilation figure's look better as the family guy will not burn anymore camera's where as the junkie will do what he like's regaurdless. The junkie's only been treated the same way that fuckup pete doherty gets treated everytime he goes to court.
