Hello,
Just wondered if any of you have done it? Im interested in doing something like this for a little etra money. Theres a perfect pizza round the corner from my house and on their website it says delivery driers are always required. I only have a lil 50cc, does anyone know if they supply you with pizza racks?

I thought they supplied you with the bike. The pizza hut near me does as does the Domino's.

Imagine pizza delivery on an R1. Laughing Would all be crepe's by the time they were delivered.

Well, i have never seen a perfect pizza moped in my whole life lol. I know there is a domino's opening about 10miles from me and they say you must provide your own vehicle! So maybe it depends where you live?

I did Pizza delivery for a little while, first on moped, then car and then back on bike. It was OK till the place was taken over and the manager insisted that he didn't want us wearing bike jackets as it covered up the uniform.

We used to have a couple of guys from Pizza Hut turn up at Chelsea bridge. All I can say is that I'm glad he wasn't delivering my pizza.

If you did it on a 98 R1 you'd get there and all the ingredients would be raw because you got there so fast you travelled back in time

Its ok , but you must have the right psychological attitude to it , pizza is normally consumed in large quantities by dole chav scum , such that you will be riding to and from sink estates , with people who don't tip , chavvy children who will attack you on the way back and forth ,

so select your target area to work in carefully! , the delivery area in bury is OK , Bolton north is ok , bolton south is a death zone.

Are you joking? The guy expected you to go out in a t-shirt? I'd have told him where to get off Middle Finger

Its a good little earner to be honest, your basic wage will be like 30 odd quid for a 6hour shift after tax, but you'll have 20 quid in tips a lot of the time per night. More at christmas and holidays of course Laughing

You will meet scum, and they'll treat you like scum, but most deliveries will be to students who are a bit pissed, and pay in change, but are fairly decent. Just count the money thats all, and if its a few pence over like 10, just keep it Wink

Just dont use your own vehicle. Number one rule there Shocked

One of funnies sights I've seen happened in the centre of Swindon a couple of years ago.

A Pizza boy pulled up at the front row of some lights alongside one that was already waiting there, I noticed they were eyeing each other up, then I noticed one was a Pizza Hut delivery boy and the other was a Dominos rider Shocked ... What followed was a lot of revving and some serious light watching until they both flew off down the road wragging their little scooters for everything they've got!

Just wish I'd have found out who won!

We used to race all the other places as well. Always lost though as we were the only ones on 50's everyone else had 125's Crying or Very sad

Still, our's wheelied like mad. Even better when the back box was full of pizza's and bottles of Coke! Twisted Evil
