Hi All just bought the above bike and want to strip it all and restore. So does anyone know where i could get a manual for bike either paper cd or downloadable. Stripped all plastics and taking exhaust off at the mo. Want to replace all bearings i.e wheels, steering, sprocket carrier and swinging arm

You'll also need to change all (6 or 7?) of the bushes in the rear suspension linkage, because the ones that aren't seized will be worn. Practice saying this for when you go into the shop to pick them up:

"Are they made out of gold or something?"

Isn't david silver supposed to be good for old honda parts? Craigs23 may be able to help you finding parts if you're stuck, but chances are he'll be too busy making sweet sweet love to his NC30...
