Absolutely fuming!!!!!!!!

I can't express how angry I am with this!!!

I won a replacement top fairing for my cbr on Saturday through ebay and was trying to contact the seller aaallllll weekend to organise picking it up but couldn't get hold of him. Very frustrating!!!
Just checked my emails and there was a reply from the seller telling me that the item sold, off ebay I'm assuming, on Sat morning and the shop didn't tell him to take it off the auction, w**kers!!!!!

Where do you reckon I stand, if anywhere???

If it's a shop, call them and play hell; you might well get something out of it. Tell them you plan on reporting them to eBay.

If it's an individual, well..nothing you can do really. Report them and move on.

yup, no point bollocking the shop cus it'll get you nowhere, they cant give you what they havent got anymore.

Yup - as others have said, it's all part and parcel of using Ebay.

I wouldn't bother leaving negative feedback as it invites a 'retaliatory' attack which can be hard to remove without protracted wrangling

My annoyance was increased due to the fact I was getting no reply and just imagining having the fairing on my bike as it would have looked great!! Looked like an early 'Blade with the twin headlights.

buyers are only interested in your selling feedback so shdnt be too bothered that someone has accused you of being an awkward customer
